ParentSquare is the new Communication tool

Exciting Communication Update 

Beginning June 1, families will begin receiving invitations to join ParentSquare, our new districtwide communication platform designed to make staying connected with your child’s school easier than ever!
 
During our Strategic Planning process, one piece of feedback we consistently heard from families was frustration with having to use multiple communication apps that often changed as students moved through grade levels. ParentSquare will help simplify communication by providing one consistent districtwide platform for families across Effingham Unit 40 Schools.
 
ParentSquare will become our primary communication tool for:
✅ Back-to-school information
✅ School and classroom communication
✅ District announcements
✅ Clubs and activities
✅ Athletics communication beginning with winter sports
✅ School closures, emergency notifications, and other mass alerts
 
One of the features we are especially excited about is ParentSquare’s built-in translation capability, allowing families to receive messages in their preferred language and helping us strengthen communication with all members of our school community.
 
We strongly encourage families to:
